About us
Tyréns is a leading group of experts and advisors, dedicated to delivering sustainable and innovative engineering and design services within the built and natural environment, creating lasting value for future generations.
With some 3000 employees in total, we operate under the brand names of Tyréns in Sweden, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia, Hilson Moran in the UK, and AKT II in the UK, Canada and Denmark.
We were founded in Sweden by Sven Tyrén in 1942 and are owned by the Sven Tyrén Foundation.
Profits are re-invested back into the company, funding growth and an ambitious innovation programme, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Tyréns in Estonia
In Estonia, we have offices in Tartu and Tallin. We mainly design buildings, and have engineers for all main disciplines:
- structural engineering
- water supply and drainage
- heating
- ventilation and air conditioning
- electricity
We are a member of the Estonian Association of Architectural and Consulting Engineering Companies and Estonian Concrete Association and hold an ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
