Tari in Estonia to operate fully as Tyréns from January 2026

Tyréns Group announces that its Estonian subsidiary Tari has formally adopted the Tyréns name. The company has already introduced the Tyréns visual identity, and the change of name represents the final step in bringing the Estonian business into full alignment with the Group brand.

The transition forms part of Tyréns Group’s ongoing strategy to strengthen unity across its markets, increase clarity for clients and reinforce the Group’s position as an international consultancy delivering forward-thinking design and engineering.

How this benefits clients

With the visual brand already in place, clients will experience continuity in services and team contacts. The key benefit of the formal name change is clarity: a single, unified brand signals a cohesive organisation with shared standards, shared expertise and a shared commitment to sustainable, long-term value.

Clients in Estonia will continue working with the same experienced local team, while gaining even clearer access to the full capabilities of Tyréns Group, including digital innovation, AI-supported solutions and international specialist knowledge.[JP1]

“This name change completes a process our clients have already seen in practice,” says Maidu Saar, Managing Director for Tyréns in Estonia. “By aligning fully with the Tyréns name, we make our connection to the wider Group even more transparent, strengthening confidence and supporting smoother collaboration across borders.”

Group CEO Åsa Holmberg highlights the signalling strength of the transition:

“Adopting the Tyréns name in Estonia is an important symbolic step for the Group. It sends a clear message to our clients: wherever you meet us, you can expect the same expertise, the same standards and the same commitment to shaping places for people and planet.”

A continuity of service

The legal name for the Estonian company is now Tyréns Eesti OÜ. However, in everyday and general terms, the business will simply be referred to as ”Tyréns” or if needs be, ”Tyréns in Estonia”.

Operations, teams and client relationships remain unchanged. The formal name change took place on 2 January 2026.
